ΝΑ ΠΟΙΟΙ ΚΑΙΝΕ ΤΑ ΔΑΣΗ Στην ακύρωση του Προεδρικού Διατάγματος προστασίας του Υμηττού οδηγεί απόφαση-βόμβα του Δικαστηρίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (ΔΕΕ).
Σύμφωνα με το σκεπτικό, ο καταργηθείς πλέον Οργανισμός Ρυθμιστικού Σχεδίου Αθήνας (ΟΡΣΑ) θα έπρεπε πριν από τη σύνταξη του ΠΔ 187/2011 να έχει προχωρήσει σε εκτίμηση περιβαλλοντικών επιπτώσεων.
Την υπόθεση είχε παραπέμψει στο Ευρωδικαστήριο το ΣτΕ. Ενάντια στο διάταγμα προστασίας είχαν προσφύγει επτά δήμοι (Κρωπίας, Ελληνικού – Αργυρούπολης, Παπάγου – Χολαργού, Ηλιούπολης, Βάρης – Βούλας – Βουλιαγμένης, Παιανίας – Γλυκών Νερών και Γλυφάδας), οι οποίοι ζητούσαν την ακύρωση των αυστηρότερων όρων προστασίας – περιορισμό των χρήσεων γης- που θεσπίστηκαν για την ανάσχεση της δόμησης στον Υμηττό.
